A library is an important source of knowledge to young minds in schools. It develops the important habit of reading among the students. Every school should have a library. The school library plays a great role in the life of students by serving as the store house of knowledge. Library plays important role for over all development of the students.

About Library:

Pakistan School Library have very good collection of reading material like books, magazines, reference sources, electronic sources, databases,  learning resources, newspapers etc.

Opening hours        :    The library opens every School day.

Library Class           :    According to the school time table. The students can visit the library for the issue and returns of books during their library periods. They can refer books and participate in library activities during this time.

No of Newspapers   :    02

Issue of Books         :   Students 02 books for a period of 15 days. Teachers and staff:                                                   Maximum 04 books for a period of 01 month.

CAS Service              :    The purpose of a current awareness service is to inform the                                             users about new acquisitions in the library.

SDI Service            :    Selective Dissemination of Information refers to tools and                                                      resources used to  keep a user informed of new resources on specific                                          topics.

Library Automation  :    LIMS and Calibre Software is being used for library automation.
